Description
At last it’s here! Using the large fit ball or Swiss ball, we will “feel the burn” strengthening and challenging our balance, proprioception and muscles. Part PE class, part recess with a gymnastics and Pilates feel to it, you will be drinking from the “Fountain of Youth” with this one!
(Sporting goods stores and Amazon are good sources for a large ball-sitting on the ball, your legs should be at or above 90 degrees for best fit.)
