Let’s play with creative ways to enjoy classical reformer exercises right on your mat! Suggested props: a frisbee or paper plate or two (at home “gliding discs”), a Bender ball or similar, and a resistance tube (one with handles works well). From the footwork to the side sit ups, your mat work just got more interesting. Get ready to feel the burn!
