Class Description:
A wonderful opportunity to release into the longer holds of the yin tradition, resulting in lengthened muscles, decreased tension, improved circulation, nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
Recommended props: yoga mat, blanket, 1-2 pillows, strap or towel for stretches. Water, aromatherapy, and relaxing background music will further enhance your practice.
