Description
Our sculpting adventures continue as we turn our focus to the hips. Mechanics, form, and of course great exercises for strengthening and sculpting the hips will inform future workouts and help prevent injury. Upper body work and stretching will be included in this specialty workshop. Weights and strap recommended. (approx 45 min)
